Photo Friday: Boston in October

Happy Friday! And Happy Thanksgiving!

In October, I traveled to Boston for a conference. I love visiting Boston, which is near where I was raised and went to seminary. While there, I make sure to order one of my favorite things—clam chowder—everywhere I go (3 different restaurants on this trip). Haley came with me to see the city and visit Boston College. Here are a few pictures of the sites we enjoyed together.

Photo Friday: Autumn Hydrangea

Happy Friday!

Do you miss summer yet? Not me. I love this time of year.

But if you do, perhaps this picture of a hydrangea will satisfy your nostalgia. Notice how the blooms cling to summer color while the leaves reveal the colors of October.

Once again, I hope this image of creation will remind you that there is only one who deserves your ultimate hope and worship.

For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made.—Romans 1:20, ESV

Photo Friday: Three L’il Pumpkins

Happy Friday!

Three weeks ago Dawn and I took our son and his family to Uncle Shuck’s Pumpkin Patch to have some fun with our three l’il pumpkins. I just can’t resist sharing a few pictures from that day with.

Have a great weekend!

Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward.—Psalm 127:3 ESV
