Tell a Story in Pictures with Haiku Deck

I recently heard about a new iPad app called Haiku Deck. It allows you to create and share beautiful and simple slide shows like this one of our fall camping trip without geeky bullets or mice-type paragraphs.

It was so fun and easy to use that I also put together a Haiku deck of our Spring trip to Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC.

It took me about 20 minutes to put together each Haiku Deck on my iPad using pictures I had previously uploaded online to Dropbox. Each has about a dozen slides that tell the story of our trip.

I’ve shared both of these decks via email, Twitter and Facebook (have you followed/liked @averageus?), and I wanted to share them here, too. The load fast and only take a minute or two to enjoy.

Next, I think I’ll put together a Haiku Deck of our 2009 visit to Parris Island for Hans’ graduation from USMC boot camp.
